Jezdecký kůň velmi inteligentní a ochotný. Má středně velkou, mezi očima širokou hlavu, dobře nesený krk s hřebenem , výbornou stavbu těla a vynikající nohy. Zvlášť vhodný pro vysokou školu jezdectví.
